    The TOC Technician who will be responsible for Level 2 troubleshooting of teleport and remote satellite equipment, adding /transitioning new circuits, and performing maintenance routines in a 24 x 7 environment.

    The current shift available is 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM or 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM.



    • Assist in the analysis, planning, development, testing, and implementation of new services and equipment.

    • Configure, maintain, and operate HPAs, LNAs, Switching systems, BUCs, BDCs, Up/Down-converters, LNBs, ACUs, modems, and IRDs.
    • Assist both field technicians and customers in troubleshooting remote end equipment.
    • Update documentation, teleport plots, and trouble tickets.
    • Work with our vendors to coordinate, follow-up, and document equipment in need of repair.



    • Ability and willingness to work in a 24 x 7 scheduled environment, (night-shift, weekends, and holidays).
    • Associates Degree in an engineering or telecommunications based program, plus at least 4 years of experience in a related industry and position; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience with M&C Systems and the ability to configure equipment to run on these systems.
    • Strong professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability and willingness to travel less than 5%.
    • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor, all-weather conditions.
    • Experience with iDirect and Vipersat networks preferred.
